We are pleased to inform you that UKM is now accepting applications of student exchange for 1st Semester, Fall 2019 (September 2019 to January 2020).

The application guides are as follows:

(1) Application Requirements

• Completed Application Form (downloadable here: http://www.ukm.my/pha/before-applying/ )
• Transcript of Records
• Official Nomination Letter from the Home University
• Proof of English Proficiency certified by Home University
• CGPA: minimum 3.00 over 4.00

(2) Application Deadline

Applications must be submitted to UKM through email: exchange@ukm.edu.my no later than 30th May 2019 (Thursday). Applications will only be considered if the student(s) have 

been nominated. No hard copies needed.
